Section 1: Prime Minister and Prime Minister's Administration
- The Prime Minister shall be the head of government and shall be appointed by the monarch from the majority party in the Supreme Royal Council.
- The Prime Minister shall govern on behalf of the monarch, overseeing the day-to-day administration of the kingdom.
- The Prime Minister, as one of the highest advisors to the monarch, shall provide guidance and counsel on matters of governance and policy.
- The Prime Minister's administration shall consist of the following positions:
- Deputy Prime Minister: The Deputy Prime Minister shall assist the Prime Minister in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities and act as their representative when required.
- Head of Prime Minister's Residency: The Head of Prime Minister's Residency shall manage the administrative affairs of the Prime Minister's office, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of activities.
- Minister of State: The Minister of State shall support the Prime Minister in strategic matters, policy development, and coordination among government departments.
Section 2: Knight High Chancellor
- The Knight High Chancellor shall be appointed by the monarch from the Council Knights.
- The Knight High Chancellor shall govern over the Council Knights, ensuring their effective functioning and adherence to the kingdom's traditions and values.
- The Knight High Chancellor, as one of the highest advisors to the monarch, shall provide guidance and counsel on matters related to the preservation of heritage and tradition.
- The Knight High Chancellor, in certain circumstances such as the dismissal of the Prime Minister's administration or during times of crisis or uncertainty, may assume provisional governance over the kingdom.
- The provisional governance by the Knight High Chancellor shall be temporary and limited to the duration necessary to restore stability, ensure the functioning of government institutions, and protect the best interests of the kingdom.
- During the period of provisional governance, the Knight High Chancellor shall exercise the necessary powers and authorities on behalf of the Supreme Royal Council to address the situation at hand, in accordance with the provisions of the constitution and applicable laws.
- The Knight High Chancellor and Supreme Royal Council shall work towards the establishment of a new government or the restoration of a functioning administration as soon as practicable, facilitating the transition back to regular constitutional governance.
